Kilkeel, Northern Ireland

Hello everyone! We are in Northern Ireland now, having spent the day yesterday traveling from London to Wales on a speed train, then from Wales to Dublin on a ferry, then on a bus from Dublin to a small town in Northern Ireland called Kilkeel. We’ll be doing a concert in the Catholic part of town here tonight, working with Bethlehem Baptist youth team that’s been here for the past couple weeks doing a vacation Bible school for the community.

I realize I am still WAY behind on posting videos.  I did some editing on the train yesterday, so I’ll try to upload some more tonight.  We had a great devos this morning in Acts 17 and Philippians 2.  The gospel is for ALL NATIONS.

Dublin Bus Tour

On Saturday we took a bus tour around Dublin… a thing called the “hop-on, hop-off” bus. You just get on/off as you want, and there’s an endless circle of buses running the same route.  Here are some of the highlights…

Pray for us as we travel tomorrow from London over to Northern Ireland.  We will be taking a train and a ferry.  We finished our gigs here in London earlier tonight, and everything went very well.  The church here has been such a blessing to us.  I’ll hopefully get some of that footage together soon.

Video – Day 1

Well, we are now on Day 4 of the tour, and I’m only able to post a video of Day 1. Ha. As you can guess, I don’t have much time for video editing.

We arrived yesterday morning in London, England. We flew out of Dublin at 6:40am, and made it to Freedom House Church in time for their 11am service. After that we made our way to Trinity Baptist Church for thier evening service, where Shai Linne blessed us all with powerful preaching and his hip-hop set. Stay tuned for videos of that, but for now, here’s the footage from Abbey Presbyterian in Dublin…

Video… finally

Sorry all… I’ve not had time to edit the footage I’ve been getting until now. Here’s a summary of our travel day last Wednesday.

We left MSP at 4pm, flew all night, and arrived in Dublin at 8:30am, Ireland time.  We decided to stay awake for the whole day after that, which left us all very tired but well-adjusted to the time zone once we woke up on Friday morning.

Hopefully we’ll have more videos soon!

We’re here…

We arrived in Dublin a few hours ago… 8:30am Ireland time. Travel was smooth sailing. Now we’re just getting adjusted and taking some naps, having flown all night long.

Video coming soon…

Yesterday’s Rehearsal

We spent some time warming up to the tunes and playing as a group yesterday, and my new Flip camcorder was there to catch some footage…

Although we are normally a quintet, we’re happy to be joined by Tyler Anderson on tenor saxophone.  Jesse’s wife Julie and their son Moses are also coming along, and we’ll be joining a hip-hop artist named Shai Linne for part of the tour.  The details and itinerary of the trip can be found at, and check back here for regular updates as we travel.

I Thessalonians 5:9  “He who calls you is faithful, and he will surely do it.  Brothers, pray for us.”

A week out…

We would love your prayers as we approach the departing date. Our fighter verse this week reminds us that in the Lord our labors are not in vain. Pray that we would be “in the Lord” in our labors.

I Corinthians 15:58 – “Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.”
